terms.
For reading the work, using the tools and shaping a brief. Project terms are agreed separately.
Using this website
The site introduces ENG1N’s work, services and thinking. These terms cover use of the website. A client engagement is governed by its separate written agreement.
A page or enquiry does not establish a project, price, delivery commitment or agreed scope. Those details and responsibilities must be agreed separately in writing before work begins.
Case studies and outcomes
Case studies describe particular work in its own context. They do not promise that another brand, budget or market will achieve the same outcome. Read reported performance with the period, scope and context supplied.
Examples and service descriptions are informational. Confirm suitability and any necessary specialist advice before acting on them.
Briefs and working tools
The Toolkit introduces Hub, RPM and Blueprint. Availability, scope and terms are confirmed separately for each tool.
Working tools support thinking and organisation. Review your answers and assumptions before using or sharing them.
You decide whether to send or share an export. Do not enter confidential third-party information or personal data without appropriate permission.
Work, names and images
Content, project work, logos and images may be owned by ENG1N, its clients or other rights holders. Portfolio display does not grant permission to copy, adapt, redistribute or reuse materials.
Contact ENG1N before reusing any work. Permission from other owners may also be needed. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned work must be set out in the relevant project agreement.
Respectful use and external links
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material. Content and availability can change; we do not promise uninterrupted access.
External websites are operated separately, with their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a blanket endorsement.
Before a project starts
For site or project questions, Send an enquiry ↗. A conversation is a starting point, not an accepted engagement.
Before work begins, the project agreement should identify the parties and set out scope, fees, delivery, responsibilities, intellectual property and any other agreed terms. Nothing on this website replaces that agreement.
