What you share
The form collects your name, email address, optional company and phone, enquiry category, message and consent. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information.
Where it goes
We use the details you submit to review, respond to and follow up on your enquiry. Enquiry records are stored privately and managed in HubSpot, with notifications sent to the ENG1N team.
The enquiry form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or start a marketing-email programme.
How the form works
The form uses a secure session cookie and abuse-prevention checks. It records where and when your enquiry was submitted. Your form answers are not sent to Google Analytics, and your IP address, advertising identifiers and browsing history are not sent to HubSpot through the enquiry form.

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from email updates, write to vroom@eng1n.in. Include your submission reference if you have it. We review requests in the context of the information we hold and any applicable obligations.

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond, follow up and manage any resulting engagement. We keep newsletter information while you remain subscribed, then retain only what is needed to record your consent, honour an unsubscribe request or meet applicable obligations.
We may retain relevant records where needed for accounting, legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing abuse or protecting the security of our services. Retention is based on those purposes, rather than a single fixed deadline for every record. This notice does not promise automatic deletion.
Services that help us
Hostinger hosts the website and private form backend. HubSpot provides contact, enquiry and subscription management. These providers may process information in locations outside your country under their own service arrangements. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow analytics through Privacy choices.
